Attala County Chapter Scholarship
Members of the Attala County Alumni Chapter of Mississippi State University established the ATTALA COUNTY MSU ALUMNI CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIP fund. The Mississippi State University Foundation agrees to use this fund to establish an annual scholarship for deserving students enrolled at Mississippi State University.
The University Scholarship Committee administers the scholarship program at Mississippi State University. Financial need may be used as consideration in selection. Any scholarships will be awarded on a year-to-year basis. Students who are recipients one year are eligible for consideration in any other year; however, they must again comply with the selection criteria.
Awards will be based on funds available. Funds will not be given directly to the recipients; rather, the university business office will credit the recipients' tuition and fees expenses each semester.
Applications for this scholarship are contained within the student application for admission and scholarship resume component. Students that apply and are accepted to Mississippi State will automatically be considered if the criteria is met.
